Steven is a Principal Fire and Life Safety Engineer with extensive experience in fire engineering and multidisciplinary consultancy. He is a proficient and knowledgeable engineer capable of formulating fire strategies across diverse sectors such as education, residential, workplaces, lifestyle, retail, high-rise, aviation and transport infrastructure. Steven also possesses considerable experience in conducting fire risk assessments and fire safety audits for various international developments, both new and existing.

As a Principal Fire and Life Safety Engineer, he has served as the primary point of contact in multidisciplinary teams for numerous large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects. His wealth of experience extends to developing detailed fire safety and protection strategies for buildings within both the MENA region and Europe. Steven's comprehensive understanding of fire engineering principles enables him to devise solutions that align with the guidance and code of practice requirements set forth by statutory authorities, ensuring clarity and cost-effectiveness.

Furthermore, he demonstrates a robust working knowledge of prescriptive Fire and Life Safety (FLS) regulations, including but not limited to the UAE Fire and Life Safety Code, NFPA suite of codes, British Standards, IBC/SBC, QCD, GCC and other international FLS codes.
