Kurtis Saiyo, PE, CFEI, CVFI provides engineering analysis and findings for claims involving fire and water damage. He applies knowledge of mechanical and thermodynamic principles in laboratory and scene examination, data collection and analysis of failures involved in fire and water losses and provides support, consulting and expert testimony for the purpose of litigation. Mr. Saiyo examines residential and commercial structures, HVAC and refrigeration systems, commercial processing and manufacturing equipment, consumer and commercial appliances, residential and commercial kitchen and hood systems as well as plumbing and fire suppression systems. He is also skilled at utilizing CAD, mathematical modeling and computer simulation to test hypotheses and communicate engineering findings. In addition, he has investigation experience involving locomotives, passenger and commercial vehicles.
