Ajay has over 27 years of experience providing building, fire and life safety code consulting on a wide range of facilities including healthcare, biomedical/life science research, science & technology, mixed-use, office, government, hospitality, cultural, and historic properties.
He advises architects, engineers, developers, and users in healthcare facilities, life science R&D, and higher education institutions on code compliance and best practices. Ajay is a member of the NFPA Technical Committees for Laboratories Using Chemicals (NFPA 45), Air Conditioning (NFPA 90A), and Safety to Life, Health Care (NFPA 101).
