Charles Mason, PE, is a Project Manager/Senior Fire Protection Engineer with over 20 years of experience managing fire protection engineering design and code consulting projects for commercial, governmental, educational, recreational, historical, residential, institutional, and industrial clients.
Mr. Mason is a licensed fire protection engineer with extensive experience designing and commissioning active and passive fire protection systems and features. Experience includes the design of automatic fire alarm/Mass Notification systems, fire suppression systems, review and analysis of fire-resistive-rated construction, and development of code and life safety evaluations.
He has experience in the design, application, and testing of Spray-Applied FireResistive Materials (SFRM) and intumescent coating systems. MR. Mason is a technical committee member of NFPA 72 - Fire Alarm And Signaling Code on Supervising Station Fire Alarm and Signaling Systems.
