Jaana has over three decades of experience from construction industry, the last 15 years from the fire safety industry. In Finland, she has participated in renovation projects of the Parliament House, Presidential Palace, Stockmann department store, as well as underground construction of a nuclear disposal plant, Länsimetro and Sammalvuori depot. Most recently, she has worked on the REDI shoppingcenter and Lyyra office building in Helsinki
Jaanalla on kaikkiaan yli 30 vuoden työkokemus rakennusalalta, joista viimeiset 15 vuotta paloturvallisuuden parista. Jaana on ollut mukana lukuisissa projekteissa. Tärkeimpinä Eduskuntatalon, Presidentinlinnan ja Stockmannin tavaratalon peruskorjaukset, sekä maanalaisesta rakentamisesta merkittävimpinä kohteina Onkalon loppusijoitus- ja kapselointilaitos, Länsimetro ja Sammalvuoren varikko. Viimeisimpiä kohteita ovat olleet REDIn kauppakeskus ja Lyyra Helsingissä.
