Sini has worked as a fire safety expert since 2013 and has been involved in a variety of fire safety planning and design projects in the Southern Finland region, including apartment buildings and blocks, hotels, shopping centers, airports, and the train and metro network. Before her career as a fire safety expert, Sini worked for the Emergency Response Center for 10 years. Over the past 30 years, she has built her knowledge of rescue operations as a member of the volunteer fire brigade’s emergency team and is currently the head of the brigade.
Sini on toiminut vuodesta 2013 paloturvallisuusasiantuntijana. Kokemusta on karttunut tänä aikana monipuolisesti erilaisten kohteiden mm. asuinkerrostalojen ja korttelikokonaisuuksien, hotellien, kauppakeskusten, lentokenttien sekä juna- ja metroverkoston paloturvallisuussuunnittelusta. Kohteet sijaitseva pääasiallisesti Uudenmaan alueella. Ennen paloturvallisuusasiantuntijan uraa Sini on ollut 10 vuotta Hätäkeskuslaitoksen palveluksessa hätäkeskuspäivystäjänä, vuoromestarina sekä asiantuntijana. Operatiivisesta pelastustoiminnasta on kerääntynyt tietotaitoa yli 30 vuoden ajalta harrastuksen parissa, vapaaehtoisen palokunnan jäsenenä hälytysosastossa ja nykyisin VPK:n päällikkönä.
