Tamara Blyth

Tamara is licensed as a Building Surveyor by the Queensland Building Construction Commission, with endorsement as a Private Certifier – Level 1. Additionally, she is an accredited Building Surveyor (Unrestricted) under the NSW Building Commission. She has been providing building surveying services for over 10 years. Both in project management and technical roles across various residential and commercial projects.

She has displayed a high level of attention to detail whilst working efficiently to meet client expectations. Tamara also specializes in accessibility compliance, auditing and risk management recommendations.

Tamara provides expert advice on current legislative requirements against the minimum technical provisions. She also offers recommendations to assist in the creation of a universally accessible environment.
