What is something people don't know about you?
I am a certified P.A.D.I. Diver — my diving experiences have included stingrays, seals, turtles, ship wreaks and sharks. I love the ocean

What do you love about JH?
The people and diversity of Jensen Hughes. I also love that we offer such a broad scope of technical services and we truly “Protect What Matters”.

Tell us about an initiative you’ve been involved with?
The upcoming Employee Annual Report for 2019 has been wonderful to work on. I was excited to see the accomplishments of people, the projects, the community outreach and people making a difference. It’s a great celebration of our strongest asset, people.

What is your advice on creating a gender equal world?
We are all different — in gender, age, culture, environment, country and approach. While I believe in advancing a gender-equal world, we also need to celebrate the differences in the way we navigate decisions and provide leadership. I support equal pay for equal work. Men and women will continue to do similar work — they should be celebrated and rewarded. Working for a firm that celebrates and incorporates diversity, culture and ethics is a great start.
