Andrew is a Lead Engineer with experience in forensics, fire alarm design, instrumentation and control systems design and analysis, security systems design, failure modes and effects analysis, component testing, and shielding of electrical systems for electromagnetic compatibility. He has worked in the communications, applied research, aerospace, and electrical power industries. Andrew is a subject-matter expert for the effect of seismically induced relay chatter on plant control systems and is the technical lead on Emergency Responder Radio Communication Systems (ERRCS).
