Noah Lieb, PE, CSP, is a Senior Engineer with 18 years’ experience. He has specialized in environmental issues related to energetic materials, surface finishing and firefighting foams. Mr. Lieb serves as a subject matter expert in all aspects of green energetics, including serving as the Co-Chair for the Green Energetic Materials Panel for the Joint Army-Navy-NASA-Air Force subcommittee.
He has developed a phased approach for evaluating the environment, safety and occupational health impacts of new materials, processes and technologies for the Army. He provides technical support to the Army Pollution Prevention Technology Team, the Joint Insensitive Munitions Technology Program and the Office of the Secretary of Defense Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program and Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (SERDP/ESTCP).
