Born from the historic 2014 merger of Rolf Jensen & Associates (The RJA Group) and Hughes Associates, we officially became Jensen Hughes on January 5, 2015. Over the last decade, we’ve grown into one of the world’s largest and most respected specialty engineering consulting firms. From welcoming 30+ new firms and expanding our service offerings to embracing partnerships, we’ve built on our fire protection engineering roots and evolved into a global leader in safety, security and risk-based solutions.

With a team of over 1,700 experts, we take pride in pushing the envelope of what’s possible in the built environment and protecting people and communities, all while prioritizing the well-being and professional development of our employees.
