Located in the charming coastal town of Dalkey, Dublin, Marietta Woods is a testament to modern architectural elegance and fire safety excellence. Completed in 2023, this residential complex comprises 101 apartments, each offering a harmonious blend of comfort, style, and safety.

The architectural details in the design gracefully protrude and recede, creating a captivating interplay with the shifting angles of sunlight. This ambitious project sought to create a thoughtfully planned living space for its residents while adhering to the highest fire safety standards. The development is divided into seven blocks, named A, B, C, D, E, F, and G, with a shared basement carpark to accommodate residents' vehicles.

Blocks A, B, C, and D rise to four stories, offering panoramic views of the surroundings. In contrast, Blocks E, F, and G follow an innovative three-story design, shaped in an arch formation. These blocks house a variety of residential units, ensuring that there is a perfect home for everyone.

Each block is equipped with a central core stairwell, providing safe and efficient access to all building levels. The ground floor conveniently connects to the outdoors, making it easy for residents to step out and enjoy the lush surroundings. In addition to the superb living spaces, Marietta Woods boasts a standalone gym located within the main courtyard, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle for its residents.

Our involvement began at the pre-planning stage, where we reviewed the architects' drawings. Subsequently, our team of experts took charge of preparing and submitting the Fire Safety Certificate applications for both the main residential block and the separate gym facility.

Our team of experts conducted a series of site inspections throughout the construction phase. This comprehensive approach allowed us to provide invaluable insights and recommendations, ensuring that every aspect of fire safety was meticulously addressed.
