Tom is an expert in accessibility and code regulations for high-rise, healthcare, residential, assembly, commercial, public and aviation facilities. He has a solid reputation for clearly communicating project challenges and delivering efficient solutions to each design team and jurisdiction he works with. His knowledge of historically compliant code regulations combined with current building and fire code developments offers current life safety benefits and predictive scenarios for future maintenance and renovations. Tom is skilled at thoughtfully managing all the specific and high priority needs of a team and project including fire science assessments, computer modeling, egress and other life safety concerns.
