We have had active technical committee members on NFPA 850, Recommended Practice for Fire Protection for Electric Generating Plants and High Voltage Direct Current Converter Stations, since 2001. Our team works closely with the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) providing risk management consulting and have developed multiple software programs to quantify risk and very no single point failures. Our cable raceway program maintains electrical calculations and supports cable installation. The system then can mass produce new facilities with similar data. Our US clients have used this feature to design more than 50 generation facilities, ensuring a quality installation.
