In March 2021, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) released updated guidance on Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) for industrial operators. This white paper on mapping requirements, along with a subsequent one on monitoring requirements, addresses updates identified in the guidance and provides an overview of the elements that are required of SWPPP maps per the EPA requirements.
