BALTIMORE, MD – Jensen Hughes and Nexus Technical Services Corp., headquartered in Oakbrook Terrace, IL, USA, announce that they have reached merger agreement between the two companies. The merger enhances the position of the combined organization as a global leader providing fire protection and other specialty consulting and engineering services for the nuclear power and energy industry.
Jensen Hughes CEO, Phil Rogers, said “The addition of Nexus continues the expansion of service offerings that meet our goal of advancing the science of safety, both within the nuclear power and energy industries as well as with institutional and commercial occupancies in the non-power marketplace. Nexus adds to our group a solid history of proven results with respected staff possessing strong technical talents. While this represents our fourth acquisition of the year, we will continue to seek out strategic opportunities for adding additional talent and complementary service offerings.”
