Mr. Baker brings 30+ years of emergency and disaster services and response management spread across the nation, with more than 15 years specific to the healthcare industry. Mr. Baker is a respected industry leader, educator, and researcher with experience developing standards and requirements and managing cross-functional teams to analyze complex problems and generate solutions. He leads multi-disciplinary teams specializing in system preparedness, emergency response & recovery, program evaluation, Continuous Quality Improvement, and policy development.
Prior to joining Jensen Hughes, Mr. Baker was a consultant for the Department of Homeland Security in Washington, DC. where he supported leadership and major operating stakeholders within DHS through the development of key administrative and regulatory medical policies designed to standardize and validate the delivery of healthcare at one of the U.S. Government’s largest, most complex organizations.
Mr. Baker earned a master’s degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Evansville, and an MBA from Radford University and completed his undergraduate education at the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
