Jason Jeffress

Jason is a Fire Safety Engineer with more than 20 years of industry experience. He is responsible for management, business development and quality assurance for technical teams in Australia. He leads performance-based code compliance and fire safety engineering on major projects and provides expertise to resolve a range of complex multi-disciplinary design issues efficiently and cost-effectively.

Jason has diverse fire engineering experience, having developed performance-based designs for many different projects including transport infrastructure, assembly buildings, warehouses, shopping centres, aged care facilities, residential and commercial developments. He has a detailed understanding of the Building Code of Australia, fire safety standards, codes and legislation, as well as broad experience in dealing with various regulatory authorities including local councils, private certifiers, fire brigades and other specialised authorities throughout Australia and overseas.

Overseeing initial design development to final inspections, he ensures the delivery of quality, cost effective design solutions that are supported by extensive quantitative and qualitative analysis and documentation.
